Vacation houses to rent in a unique setting

For travellers looking for a relaxed holiday in the sunspoilt Provence, Absoluut Valvert has three self catering vacation houses.

Most in demand is Petit Valvert, a small romantic house, hidden behind the trees – with its own well, and built against the rocks. It comes with all the comforts the modern traveller desires – a private terrace with an unique view and a complete bathroom. After the high season, when the temperatures drop, you can use the open fire. As the house is partly surrounded by woods, the feeling of privacy is complete and it has its own separate entrance lane.

Closer to the main mas house there are two further maisonettes.

Facilities

Absoluut Valvert stretches out over 7,7 hectares, has a swimming pool heated by solar power, a pétanque court, secure parking, internet (wifi) and a wonderful terraced garden with oak trees and a lavender field.
The more adventurous visitors can rent electric bikes to experience the Provence from a different angle, riding through the country roads surrounded by cherry trees, lavender fields, vineyards visiting the numerous perched villages.
Possibility to order a breakfast basket, delivered at your door.

Impressions

Prices for the vacation houses / week - 2 pers. / Tourist tax not included (5,5% of the rentalprice)

• Low season: 01/04-13/04 & 12/10-9/11 (Petit Valvert: 31/03-14/04 & 13/10-10/11)
• Season: 13/04-11/05 & 14/09-12/10 (Petit Valvert: 14/04-12/05 & 15/09-13/10)
• High season: 11/05-14/09 (Petit Valvert: 12/05-15/09)

Included in the price: Use of bed and bath linen, use of pool towels, 2x cleaning/week
Possibility to order a breakfast basket delivered at your door: 20 euro/pers

The tourist tax is not included. 5,5% of the rental price or max 4,40 euro/per/night

General booking terms and conditions

The maisonettes/studios are rented per week, from Saturday to Saturday and are available from 4 p.m on the day of arrival to 10 a.m on the day of departure. Petit Valvert is rented per week from Sunday to Sunday and is available from 4 p.m on the day of arrival to 10 a.m on the day of departure.
Absoluut Valvert is not adapted for children younger than 12 years old.

The reservation is confirmed after payment of a deposit of 30% of the stay within the asked period (not refundable) and after receiving a signed contract. The outstanding amount must be paid 10 days before arrival.

In case of annulation less than 10 days before arrival the total amount is due.
